The Women’s Ministry exists to be used by God to nurture and nourish women in a safe environment so that each woman follows Christ and is:
- Complete – thinks and acts correctly as she learns and grows in God’s Word
- Content – finds her sufficiency in the Lord Jesus Christ no matter her age or stage of life
- Connected – knows she is loved and valued by God and by fellow believers
- Caring – reaches out and impacts those around her for Christ
We accomplish this through a variety of ministries for women:
The purpose of the Women's Bible Studies is to gain a deeper understanding of God's Word and to grow in an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ by applying the truths learned to our daily lives. Our weekly fellowship allows us to do these things while building relationships - through friendship, prayer and accountability, and helps equip us to reflect Christ's love and serve Him faithfully. Contact Jodi Hubert for more details.
The purpose of the Secret Sisters Ministry is to encourage and love our sisters in Christ throughout the year in a fun, unique and clever way. This is a ministry designed to bless through giving and encouraging prayer and support for one another. Participation is for women post high school who regularly attend Cornerstone. New "sisters" assigned & old ones revealed each January. Contact Julee Koffman with questions.
Bridal & Baby Showers
This ministry is a way for women from all ages to come together and celebrate new marriage and new life while getting to know each other more fully in Christ. The showers are always accompanied with a devotional so it is also an outreach ministry to those that may never have heard of Jesus and our salvation in Him. Contact Erin Beckman for details.
Ruby Connection (Proverbs 31:10) is a group for all women aged 50+ who gather several times throughout the year for various activities, such as pie socials, brunch, Christmas carol sing and cookie exchange, formal afternoon tea, and more, all with great fellowship, hilarity, devotional times, plus a sense of having our very own support group. Join us in the sisterhood of the mature years! Contact Dee Smith.
